First sale of the new year! Original artwork–pencil sketches, cleaned linearts, shaded pieces and watercolors. Some recent, some from years ago. Pencils are on white or off-white paper, watercolors are on Strathmore cold-press watercolor paper. All pieces are unsealed/unsprayed.

Prices shown on individual pieces are for the ORIGINAL artwork–these are not prints! If you would like to claim an artwork, please contact me through e-mail (saimain@yahoo.com). I cannot reserve artwork longer than 3 days, so please keep that in mind if you wish me to hold something for you. Paypal/credit cards accepted, and I ship worldwide.

Wow, here we are in a new year already! Just when I’d finally gotten used to signing 2013 on my artwork. XD Here’s hoping I can be a little more productive this year! I aim to get caught up on my backlog of commissions this month, so I can open the queue again. Thank you all for your patience and support, and for sticking around even though my updates have become fewer. My income is solely from commissions and print sales, so you guys literally keep a roof over my head and food in my fridge and fuzzy socks on my feet. And tuna in my cat’s dish–he’s very pleased about that. :) I wish each one of you love, warmth, blessings and many fulfilled dreams in 2014! December 15-31, all art prints in the Meadowhaven Store are on sale! Discounted from their normal prices anywhere from 15% – 50%! Major clearance sale on all retired prints, too, starting as low as .50 cents for some. If you’re up for last minute shopping for the holidays, best hurry so I can have your orders in the mail this week!

Print prices return to normal on January 1st. All prints are extremely high photo-quality and true color, printed on Fujicolor Crystal Archive paper, and personally approved by me. Sizes range from 4×6” to 11×14”, and can be hand-signed in gold pen upon request. :)

Kumoricon was a blast this year, and I look forward to seeing you all again next year! It is always a wonderful experience, and pulls me out of my shell for a few hours. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to chat or to buy artwork, and I hope you all had as much fun as I did (despite the lighting and air-conditioning issues in the garage)! :)

I won’t be home until this next weekend to catch up on e-mails and orders (and sleep), and I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Also, commissions are closed for the time being–way too much on my worklist at present to accomodate anything else for the next month or two! Many apologies, and thank you all for your patience and understanding!

Just a note: If you would like your print order to be hand-signed by me before it is shipped, please request so in the note when you place an order through the Meadowhaven Store. I would be happy to oblige! :)

I will have a table in the Kumoricon Artist Alley this weekend, with over a hundred different original and Doctor Who art pieces available to purchase! I will be selling Sunday and Monday (not Saturday, sorry), so please drop by and say hello if you will be attending! I would love to meet other artists from Oregon and Washington. :D

My finished watercolor paintings of Ten, Eleven, and Rose from Doctor Who will be available for the very first time at my table. These have not yet been posted anywhere online or offered in print, so visitors this weekend will be the first ones to see or purchase them!

First off, I want to thank all of you for your comments and requests for more Doctor Who artwork–I love and appreciate every single one! I dearly wish I had more time to spend on fanart, but the truth is I simply can’t afford to work on non-paying projects. Art is my sole source of income, and finances are scary tight. Often the only way I can devote time to fanart is if I’m commissioned to do so.

So…if you would like to see more Doctor Who artwork from me, maybe…perhaps…consider donating to the cause? Even small donations will give me a little bit of time to work on ideas as part of my work schedule, rather than something I have to keep pushing further back on my list because it doesn’t pay bills. ^__^;;
