Pencil sketch with some Photoshop slapped on, as I don’t have much time for anything more involved; my commission workload is pretty heavy the rest of the year. ^__^; Inspired by watching waves splashing against rocks covered in starfish and barnacles, and also by my muse’s sudden inexplicable demands for horses of late. I’ve got a mossy, forest-themed horse planned after this one, but it may be a while before I’ll actually be able to work on it. For now, enjoy the randomness!
