Before Rose and River, there was Charley. Charlotte Pollard, the girl for whom the Doctor openly defied the laws of time and Time Lords, and sacrificed everything to save. Though, in the end, it wasn’t enough.

AUGH I’ve missed drawing these two so much! Eight was such a snuggly Doctor (with seemingly no concept of personal space), and I imagine he and Charley spent many an evening like this…before everything went wrong. I will never be over these two. *cries forever*
